Trinity Housing Joins Change Group to Strengthen Services for Vulnerable People

A New Chapter for Trinity Housing
We are delighted to announce that Trinity Housing has officially joined Change Group, marking an important milestone in our shared commitment to providing safe, secure, and high-quality housing and support services for vulnerable people.
Importantly, Trinity Housing has retained its identity, purpose and independence. The Board and Executive Team remain in place and continue to lead the organisation, delivering the strategic plans already established for the benefit of tenants, staff and stakeholders. Joining Change Group provides additional support, expertise and resilience while enabling Trinity to continue building on the progress it has already made.
This partnership brings together two organisations with a common purpose: improving lives through person-centred housing and support. Through membership of Change Group, Trinity Housing is now benefitting from enhanced operational support, increased resilience, stronger governance and greater opportunities to invest in services, while continuing to shape its own future and priorities.
Why Trinity Chose Change Group
The decision to join Change Group followed a thorough review of Trinity Housing’s future direction and long-term ambitions.
Over the past two years, Trinity’s Board carefully considered how the organisation could continue to strengthen its services while responding to the increasing demands placed upon housing providers. Following extensive discussion and evaluation, the Board concluded that joining a group structure would provide the strongest platform for future success while allowing Trinity to maintain its identity and continue delivering its existing strategic objectives.
Change Group’s values, culture and commitment to supporting vulnerable people closely aligned with Trinity’s own mission. Beyond the operational and financial benefits, the Board found a partner that shared its ethical approach to service delivery and its commitment to doing the right thing for tenants. Throughout the discussions, Trinity benefited from a significant level of support, guidance and empathy from the Change Group team, particularly during some critical periods in the organisation’s journey. This collaborative and supportive approach gave the Board confidence that Change Group was the right partner for Trinity’s future.
