My experience from social housing and specifically the supported housing sector will add value to Change as it grows and supports smaller organisations with its expertise in Governance, Finance, Asset management and operational services.
We made tough decisions in the transformation of the organization but always had the Tenants best interests at the heart of all we did. Moving Hilldale into the Change group enabled the organisation to benefit from excellent support services so that it could focus on improving the quality of services to tenants .That experience combined with an understanding of strong Governance will benefit both Change and its subsidiaries.
