Securing Long-Term Stability at Quays Housing
Case Study
Reducing homelessness with resilience
Quays Housing joined Change in 2019 to expand supported housing and strengthen financial resilience. Together, we’ve secured growth and improved services.
Quays Housing is a national provider of non-grant funded supported accommodation, operating across 15 Local Authorities. With a focus on reducing homelessness, Quays has supported over 2,500 tenants with housing management, tenancy sustainment and support services. Their mission is to deliver safe, high-quality homes and prevent homelessness.
Great providers win with a disciplined partner. Change adds pace, governance, and financial rigour—playbooks, tight performance oversight, data-led calls, fast support. We steady boards, reassure regulators and investors, and remove friction so teams can serve people. These results aren’t exceptions; they’re what our model delivers again and again.

Change’s Role
Through the Change Housing Group, Quays gained access to governance, finance and leadership expertise. Together we improved revenues, strengthened financial performance, and built a long-term financial plan that secures housing for vulnerable people.
